我有個表妹
他兩個月瘦了12公斤
他上課下課都用走路的
各要15分鐘
他早餐只吃火腿蛋不加美乃滋
中餐正常吃
晚上只喝一杯麥片
他沒有運動只有晚上做仰臥起坐跟抬腿各50下
然後睡前喝一杯檸檬水
他說他兩個月瘦了差不多12公斤
聽他這樣減肥應該不會太過於激烈
可是為什麼他可以瘦這麼多= =
上次看到她整的肚子都不見了
屁股旁邊的肉也少超多= =
我每天運動都還沒瘦的他快
可是他說他過晚上8點就不喝開水了
這樣是健康的嗎?
他會不會復胖的很快?
他是屬於上半身叫胖
大腿跟小腿算細的那種
腿好難瘦阿!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
