上大學後爆肥了8公斤
想要減回來
如果不吃零食 三餐照吃(因為住校 也只能吃外食 )
然後固定會去運動(健身房 跑操場) 一個禮拜約三次
去健身房的話踩腳踏車20分鐘 用一種介於跑步機跟腳踏車的機器30分鐘
然後用跑步機快走20分鐘
跑操場的話跑8圈 走2圈
然後多喝水 不熬夜
這樣會變瘦嗎?
之前就是因為熬夜聊MSN= = '' 然後吃消夜 都沒運動
所以胖了一圈 尤其是腰臀
我的腰都有肥肥的一圈
這邊要怎麼變瘦呢?
我這樣運動會全身瘦嗎?
