體脂率:36.4(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量,未填必砍)

三餐內容:熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述
例:使用直徑「30~40mm之貢丸或桌球體積」為度量衡參考標準
吃了2貢丸炒A菜,油度還好;吃了3貢丸魯肉.....etc...
早餐:150克全家地瓜、400ml無糖豆漿、茶葉蛋一顆、水果一種/
全麥蔬菜蛋吐司不抹沙拉、400ml無糖豆漿、水果一種
午餐:自製便當(白飯半碗、蔬菜兩種(約兩個拳頭大)、雞胸肉or煎魚(約手掌大)、一顆蛋
晚餐:同午餐
其他:(可免填)
早上點心會再吃一個水果,水果大部分是蘋果和芭樂
早餐一個禮拜2天吃想吃的(鐵板麵加蛋or蛋餅類)
午餐和晚餐一個禮拜5天自製,2天外食(鍋貼/水餃/炒麵/燴飯/咖哩飯/聚會 擇一)
以上吃想吃的不會在同一天
日常作息時間:晚上11點半睡,早上7 點起床(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
生活型態:上班族(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
健康狀況:是(是/否)
醫師是否告訴過您,您的心臟有問題,您只能作醫師建議的運動?否
當您活動時是否會有胸痛的感覺?否

運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、持續時間長短、及相關運動史)
例1:慢跑40分鐘,心跳數約130~140左右,持續1年
例2:騎腳踏車一小時,心跳數約130~150左右,持續1個月
一星期運動3~4次
有氧課一小時(Zumba,拳擊有氧),心跳約140-150左右,持續9個月
重訓(以下內容持續9個月)
硬舉15kg,三組/一組15下
深蹲5kg or 10kg,三組/一組15下
胸 5kg 三組/一組12下(會做兩種不同儀器)
有氧運動維持4天,有氧課結束後再重訓,重訓內容選三種動作來做
最後會做腹部收操(仰臥起坐60下/捲腹等)
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
以前從來沒有運動習慣,飲食也都是外食,按照上面所述的做了九個月,
不但體態沒有改變,體重還增加了4公斤。
我知道減肥及運動是一輩子的路,
但是面對毫無成效的樣子,已經開始感到焦慮及負面情緒,
還請各位高手們鞭斥我哪裡做的還需要改進,謝謝
