打從七月開始持之以恆做了每天的記食習慣
(記食習慣就是每天記錄自己三餐吃了什麼)
早餐固定喝豆漿或者是麥片(本人通常早上都比較沒食欲)
中餐吃正常便當
晚餐則是避開吃澱粉類食物
目前肉類都吃魚肉跟雞肉居多.....一來突然覺得豬肉很臭,二來牛肉我本身就不愛吃
菜的話就跟我家兔子一樣無限量吃XDDDD
本人身高只有158.....
從7/5 72.9kg
到今天9/10 70.0kg
運動一個星期三次,一次三十分鐘到四十分鐘的Xbike
有點擔心這瘦得有點太快,到時候又復胖回去
請問板上的板友們不曉得這樣減重的方法會不會不恰當?
