這樣運動夠嘛 - 減肥

三餐內容
早餐:培根或火腿起司蛋三明治+豆漿或水
午餐:一碗飯+兩大樣蔬菜(炒的或燙的)+些許肉類
晚餐:些許米飯+青菜+水果(芭樂.蘋果或蓮霧)
【上週六開始減肥,不過今天才發現不吃晚餐是錯誤的所以今天開始有吃】
其他:開水或無糖綠
日常作息時間:AM6:00~PM11:00
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:學校體育課打球+每天放學慢跑2KM(跑不動用快走,快走部份大概200公尺)
晚上六點到家才開始跑,很快就天黑都完全看不到
所以夏天會跑久一點跑長一點
我的問題:這樣持續的話不知道會不會對身體不健康?
這樣營養不知道有沒有均衡說...
礙於時間問題跑步的話一周最多6天
本來是打算四月底之前瘦10公斤不過可能太躁進了
目前四天大概掉兩公斤左右
不知道這樣有沒有什麼問題呢?
