今天中午和朋友聊天 談到班上一個女生(簡稱A)在減肥
A小姐16X公分(不清楚正確數字)
體重63→60(聽說上星期瘦到60)
她減肥的過程其實蠻令我傻眼= =
像是節食不吃(這是最初的減肥方式)
或者只喝一杯珍珠奶茶當正餐(因為她喜歡喝)
之後變成看西醫吃藥 後來又迷上藥妝店某個星座老師代言的東西
有天聽到她和朋友聊天
發現她開始看中醫然後針灸 照著中醫師說的不能吃什麼什麼的
然後昨天A和我朋友說
她上星期瘦三公斤 有在運動 加上她不吃澱粉 只吃青菜
除非餓到受不了 才會偷吃一點點
現在因為沒錢 吃中藥太貴(一星期五百) 她改買藥局賣的那些產品
然後她的目標是要和我朋友一樣瘦(因為他們一樣高 A就覺得要像她一樣瘦 16X/43)
A小姐就我感覺是很偏激的人OTZ
因為我朋友是體質虛弱 身體狀況很差 常常哪邊痛哪邊發炎...之類的
現在 她短期目標是45= =|||||
60-45=15
我就不相信依她這樣減 會減到45
然後下午和我朋友去吃蛋糕吃到飽
聽說 A小姐跟她講她要去抽脂 還說我朋友太瘦不能抽 只有胖子能抽
喔.............
我的天哪.... 這樣的觀念也錯的太離譜了吧!!!
如果抽脂可以讓胖子變瘦 那還需要努力減肥嗎? 拼命存錢就好啦!!
和A同班的這幾年 就看她一直反覆的再減肥
也證實了所謂的「溜溜球效應」= =
每次越減越胖.....
不過比較好的是 她已經開始接受運動這個事實
她以前很討厭運動(現在應該也是啦)
因為一開始靠節食瘦身嚐到甜頭
就認為節食是好方法而不斷使用.........
每次看到人在減肥 就會想知道對方是怎樣減的
她是我目前見過最誇張的............
雖然我以前錯誤的減肥方式也不惶多讓 但還沒她這麼誇張OTZ
實在很感謝ptt有這個版 讓我吸收不少資訊:)
澱粉不能不吃這點真的事是太重要了!!!
每次聽我朋友轉述 都實在很想跟她說:拜托!!不要再這樣減了!!!
但聽朋友說A小姐討厭我= =||||
所以我講的話應該都會被當成狗屁吧.....冏
因此 我也只能透過朋友替A長知識了= =|||
但想看不開的人 真的講也沒用(自己是過來人經驗........)
套之前版上有人說的
照她那樣吃 就算不吃中藥也會瘦下來
今天又更有感受......
順帶一題 那位朋友發現我聽到「一星期瘦三公斤」很驚訝的表情時
她困惑地說 一星期瘦三公斤應該還好吧
我:........是...是嗎..<冏>
果然健康的減肥概念不是人人都有的......
但我記得這好像國中健教有交過@@"
減肥之路就是不斷從錯誤中學習......OTZ
