運動3周體重仍不變,建議換運動種類嗎 - 減肥

目前小弟是一位上班族,因為體重比一年半前胖了許多,
所以決心想好好運動減肥
個人選擇游泳來當作運動的主要方式
現在一週約游5~6次,每次游4500m~5000m,花費時間約1小時半上下。
每日三餐為: 早餐:即溶充泡咖啡+三明治或麵包
中餐:一般便當或麵食
晚餐:麵包(為了游泳不敢吃太多,多在游前一小時吃)
游完後不再進食,休息一陣後若真的很餓會吃一點水果僅此
運動至今三週了,量了體重竟然沒有任何改變,不過體態是有比較瘦一些
我這樣目前仍是在消脂增肌的過程嗎?
不過我只有做有氧運動,沒做任何重量訓練之類
我該繼續維持游泳還是換其他有氧運動呢?
好希望能想趕快瘦呀~~
