我最近減肥發現一個奇怪的事
就是本來節食加運動(每天跑)
每個星期大概會有一兩天體重是不動或者是上升
有時候發生在假日 有時候會在平常日
很不一定 但作息上都沒什麼太大改變
卻有浮動的情況
我要問的不是這個
比較讓我訝異的是
有時候我跑步疲勞累積到一個程度(會痛或會痠或跑不順)
我就會休息一兩天
有次發現 我休息天不運動 當天晚餐兩碗白飯+家常菜
肚子還是餓 就跑去外面買鹹酥雞整個撩下去
當晚量體重還會比前晚輕 而已還輕了不少
想請問 這有可能嗎?
還是其實偶爾吃比較高熱量的東西反而會促進消耗熱量?
