運動&訓練後補充蛋白質的時間定義? - 健身

如題
無論無氧或有氧運動、重訓結束後及時補充蛋白質或碳水化合物是基本需求
可是這個「結束後」的定義要怎麼判斷呢
如果是有氧,比如慢跑90分鐘後趕快補充能量,這很好理解
可是如果今天練上半身不同部位,A部位30分,B部位30分,C部位30分
練完AB,等到練C的時候,A已經結束訓練60分了
這個時候到底算運動中還是運動後
如果60~120分鐘的不同部位重訓,要整套做完再一次補足需求
還是過程中就可以斷斷續續補充一些能量來源?
因為又有種說法剛吃完東西不宜馬上過度訓練
如果做完A就吃東西,馬上做B,不就等於剛吃東西就訓練
還是說適量就好沒差?
