三餐內容
早餐:兩片土司+一杯麥片
午餐:1.一碗飯100g+炒高麗菜50g+煎魚50g+香菇雞湯只喝湯不吃肉200g
2.一碗飯100g+炒高麗菜50g+吻仔魚20g+雪裡紅炒肉絲30g+雞湯只喝湯200g
3.一碗飯100g+煎魚25g+吻仔魚20g+洋蔥炒肉絲30g+高麗菜湯一碗200g
午點:一顆柳丁
晚餐:幾乎同中餐,基本上就是一碗飯+一碗湯+大約50g的菜和50g的肉
但是有時候肉會吃超過,當桌上不只兩樣主菜時
但會控制在肉類加起來100g內
其他:一星期吃一到兩次三角蛋糕,一周喝一杯700CC珍奶
因為看了美體板有PO一個卡洛里的計算網站覺得很方便
但是他食物總是用克數算,後來就買了電子秤
所以上面的數字應該很精確
如果那個網站卡洛里計算是可信的
(網站上70g波士頓派195卡,500CC珍奶250卡)
這樣一天大約吃1500-1700左右
日常作息時間:早上九點起床-念書-吃中餐-午睡-念書-晚餐-12點到一點就寢
生活型態:全職考生
運動習慣:
開始使用X-Bike18905作為運動已經七周了,一周七天
一開始是參照板娘某篇回文的建議,轉速3,30分鐘
發現臉不紅氣不喘後來改成轉速3,40分鐘每天
四周後改成每天50分鐘到現在,心跳大約是每15秒30-33之間
時速維持在40-43,50分鐘踩完顯示李程差不多在40-45上下
一月初因為都沒有瘦而改用轉速4時速35
踩完發現心跳還是33下/15秒,而且這樣感覺右膝蓋隱隱作痛就改回轉速3
有嘗試要轉速3時速45去踩,發現很難維持50分鐘而改回40-43
在踩腳踏車前後都會做五分鐘左右的伸展操
看X-bike上面每次都顯示一趟下來消耗卡洛里15XX!!
但心跳都只有70-100,我是直接忽略卡洛里
心跳用15秒*4去量,因為時速都差不多所以只有每周量一次
以下是我七周以來的曲線紀錄,第一個是運動第一天的參考數字

我的問題:
因為爬文說有氧運動可能一開始不見得體重會下降,所以我乖乖量皮尺
可是量了數字讓我好洩氣,這體型根本也沒有瘦嘛
除了臀圍可以說是真的少了兩公分外,其它的數字好像都是上下浮動
就連那個體脂好像也沒有下降
我想請問是因為我的運動量不夠嗎?
我應該要採取怎樣的方針才能增加心跳數?
喪氣的時候點開那個瘦了17公斤的blog想要研究我到底還差了什麼
發現她是轉速3 時速38-42 每天40分鐘就在半年內瘦了9公斤
更加覺得沮喪了o(><;)o o
我也不是希望很瘦,理想目標是52體脂18或50體脂20
但是在七周後的現在真的很洩氣ˊˋ
