運動三三三不一定要一次做足30分鐘 - 健身

運動三三三大家應該都有聽過,
亦即每週運動三次,每次30分鐘,心跳130下。
但最近有個研究,認為一天當中若分3次各做10分鐘,
也就是把每次30分鐘拆開時間來做運動...效果一樣好。
鼓勵大家不要連10分鐘都懶得做。
請問大家有這類新聞或文章可提供參考嗎?
期刊、論文、新聞或自己懂都可以討論。
如果每次只做10分鐘,那心跳要達多少呢?(找不到這方面資料)
