運動中的拉傷 撕裂傷 抽筋怎麼分 - 健身

之前聽教練說 重量訓練過程中
最後那幾下 其實對肌肉已經是撕裂傷了
酸痛部位 會需要營養來修復該處肌肉 適時補充蛋白質 就可以長肌肉
那我的問題是 同樣很酸到有點痛
怎麼分辨是拉傷還是有益肌肉肥大的撕裂傷
例如說 平常用跪姿滾輪 忽然用立姿滾一下 馬上腹肌就痛了
這樣對肌肉增長有幫助嗎?
另外抽筋跟拉傷的關聯性是?
有次運動到一半 股二頭有點小抽 但還沒有很痛 繼續運動
過了兩天還是有感覺 才發現這好像是拉傷
怎麼撕裂傷 拉傷 抽筋這麼難分
