運動之後反而體重狂飆 - 減肥

大概連續慢跑(其實是半跑半走)2星期多了
雖然中間有間斷(因為有2~3天的下雨天)
本來慢跑前約70~71KG
可是經過這2星期 每天半跑半走的
居然體重又回到75
更早之前是靠打籃球從79減到75
可是因為打籃球對我來說很容易腰痠 因此就換慢跑
可是沒減就算了 反而還增加= ="
我是知道開始運動之後 會因為長出肌肉所以體重會些許增加
不過 這不算些許了吧... 將近5公斤耶
難道應該繼續打籃球...?
可是我腰和下背又受不了
注:從之前的打籃球減肥(約2個月)到最近的慢跑
我的飲食習慣與作息並無太大改變 所以這些因素可以排除
所以想請教各位先進 我的問題是出在哪裡呢?
