體重:58
BMI: BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文,若有其他特殊原因(如運動員或特殊需求)
需減至BMI<18.5者請至Fitness板、MuscleBeach板發文
體脂率:33.5(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量)

三餐內容
早餐:火腿蛋三明治+紅茶
午餐:外食(便當)
晚餐:外食(便當)
其他:幾乎每天都會吃消夜
日常作息時間:差不多每天早上8點醒 晚上12點睡
生活型態:一般上班族(早)+學生(晚)
減肥方式:目前正要開始
問題陳述:如上我的體脂率高達33.5最高還會到35 讓我驚覺不減肥不行拉!!!
雖然我一天吃了4-5餐(量都蠻多的)但我體重維持這樣也差不多7、8年了
最近是覺得代謝變差 想要開始運動
目前正在考慮想先一周三次慢跑30分鐘 但有一個疑問
運動前後到底該不該進食 爬過很多文
有的是說不要吃 有的又說運動前不該餓肚子
想請問運動前後可不可以吃 若可以吃是在運動前後的多久前可以吃?
