女生 16歲 身高148cm 體重45kg
減肥主要是想減大腿跟小腿 當然其他也想減 但是腿是最主要的
因為從小到大我的腿都比我身邊的同學粗...
可是我很小隻 變成腿很粗人很矮...
我大腿50cm 小腿30cm
我想在發育期內做運動增高 我的目標是到155cm 能到160cm會更開心
順便可以讓整個人看起來比較修長
本來想跳繩 想說跳繩可以增高 還可以減肥 但是我朋友說跳繩腿會變粗(?)
想說去慢跑可以減小腿 但是慢跑可以增高嗎(?)
我現在每個禮拜會游泳3天 但是我只會游蛙式... 游完泳回到家除了站著的時候會有有累的感覺 其他時候都沒運動後累的感覺... 但是我都一直游 有時候會游45分鐘 有時
的感覺 其他時候都沒有運動後累的感覺...
我都連續游45分鐘/1小時...
請問我做那種運動能增高+減大小腿+讓身型比較修長(好想我的腿能變長:(
還是跳繩+慢跑+游泳交換做比較好(?)
