其實比較喜歡在外面跑步
但是淡水實在太常下雨了
所以常常都會因為下雨沒有辦法去跑步
後來我就決定買踏步機在家裡不管天氣怎麼樣都能運動

收到將近一個禮拜
已經有三天都是持續踏一個小時
邊看韓劇看踏其實還滿愉快的XD
只是...
比起跑步半個小時(我都連續跑四公里就差不多三十分鐘)
好像還比較不累耶
有時候也會加入手部的動作
可是流的汗也慢跑沒有那麼多
踏步機上面顯是消耗的的熱量是450cal左右
我想請問大家的是
慢跑半小時跟踏步機一小時哪個可以消耗比較多的熱量
然後比較可以有效提升基礎代謝率?
