2021年《國際運動營養學會期刊》中發表了一篇西班牙的論文研究
【實驗對象】
15名男性(平均年齡32歲)
【實驗方式】
分別於早上8點以及下午5點(運動測試前30分鐘),讓實驗組的受試者需攝取3 mg/kg的
咖啡因,與對照組(未攝取咖啡因)進行比較而。
【燃脂程度測試】
實驗中要求受試者踩腳踏車,採分級循環測試(Graded cycling test)逐漸增加運動強
度,以「脂肪燃燒」。
【實驗結果】
‧早上攝取咖啡因的實驗組燃脂程度高於對照組10.7%
‧下午攝取咖啡因的則是提升29%的脂肪燃燒
‧下午脂肪氧化程度較高可能是因為體內腎上腺素的濃度於下午時間較早上高
這個實驗結果也應證了另一篇於2020年發表的文獻回顧論文
‧研究結果發現:
「進行有氧運動之前攝取咖啡因,可以增加燃脂效果」這個效果特別是在禁食了至少5個
小時後更加明顯
更有趣的是
‧文獻中也提到咖啡因增加脂肪燃燒的現象,在「坐式生活、沒在運動的族群」更加有效
!
