運動和月經量 - 美體

其實我現在正在猶豫要不要去看醫生,
目前月經第一二天的量等於我以前第三四天的量,
最近三個週期更是發現第三天的量明顯減少許多。
(第一個週期有拔牙吃止痛藥,而推遲月經)
我以前月經量滿多而且會拖超過七天,
自從運動過後,月經量感覺上有所減少,
但週體整體看來算是正常,
只是到了第三天就變得只剩下一點點,
我還要再觀察嗎?
