運動好幾年 減重減不下來 - 美體

我目前178cm 90kg
平均每天都跑3000~5000
跑了兩年多
三餐正常吃 沒特意節食 有時配啤酒
有時候會吃零食 甜點
早餐喝鮮奶+玉米片
然後一天兩罐每朝
跑步時間在晚上~還會做仰臥起坐(一天100~200下)
別人看到我覺得約80KG
沒人說我胖~頂多說我壯
但90kg真的太重
請問我該怎麼做才能讓體重往下掉呢
我希望減到75kg....
