一直有個疑惑
因為比如說晚上九點去運動
運動完大概快10點
這樣喝水好嗎? 還是喝寶況力水得之類的電解質飲品?
還有就是我平常大概6點吃晚餐 12點多就寢
中間會吃個水果
請問一下時間上面的安排順序大概怎樣會比較好
例如先吃水果或先運動
假設9點~10點運動的話...
