請問大家
運動完後膝蓋外側都會痠麻是什麼原因呢...
不太像是痛 是一種痠到有點無力的感覺
站久也會Orz
我看網路上說 運動完後 被風吹涼膝蓋 很容易會這樣(?)
可是我運動的時候大部分都是穿長褲啊/___\
有沒有預防的方法 戴護膝有用嗎?
不然每次都這樣
真的沒有動力了> <
