請問大家
以下幾個運動強度那個能消耗的熱量多??
1.我每週六日或其中一天都會去爬指南宮的一千階一次
2.我打算每天下班 吃完晚餐就去快走大安森林公園30~40分 用時速8公里的速度
3.我有上班時 下班就搭捷運爬樓梯 都跑去台北橋 東門站 台北車站等
階梯很多的站 2小時後才出站
我如果有上班就只能做2.3 因為下班時太晚了 指南宮那邊沒人
