我運動後是一定會餓的啦~~
不過好像有的人運動後卻不會餓!?
是運動量太重了還是怎麼樣呢?
在這種情況下,到底要不要進食呢?
有的人晚上運動後不餓,可是因為很累,就乾脆直接睡覺到天亮了,
這樣子沒關係嗎?
另外附帶問一下,運動後一小時內要進食,
應該吃哪些東西才可以既修補身體損耗又不用擔心會肥呢?
