運動後的疼痛跟復健的小心得 - 健身

常常看到版友上來問運動後疼痛的問題,最近剛好有一些經驗,發個文跟大家分享一下。
這陣子因為腰部患疾的關係開始做復健,因為問題不大,所以復健以後原先的症狀改善
了很多,平常不太會有不適的感覺了。但是,做完某些有氧後(慢跑或划步機)或著走路超
過20分鐘,右臀上方會酸痛、緊繃,按壓的話會酸、麻、痛,但不是很嚴重,加上
休息後症狀會消失,所以我沒有很在意。
後來,因為每次復健我的治療師都會問我有沒有其他不舒服的地方,所以,我提了運動後
疼痛的問題。他很認真的幫我做檢查跟測試,最後得出一個讓我臉很歪的結論,就是我左
邊的的臀大肌肌力不足,右臀的外展肌(臀中肌)肌力不足!!!!!!!!! 因為肌力不足的關係
,所以走路或運動的時候骨盆會歪掉,造成某一側特別不舒服。
我慢跑了很多年,雖然不求精進,但也算是有持續,平常做瑜珈也都會做橋式("四週"
裡面這個動作是練臀肌的),最近也很認真的做squat跟lunge,但是居然肌力不足 Q Q
加上之前在健身版看過一篇文章,說小腿細的人,一般來說是走路姿勢用到比較多臀肌的
力量而不是小腿的力量,所以臀會比較大,但小腿會比較細 ---> 本人就是長這樣,
我完全沒有預想到會是這個原因,所以聽到肌力不足這四個字,當下心情就是這樣

雖然當下是嚇得屁滾尿流失了魂,但回家做了治療師教的訓練動作以後,釋懷多了。
以前做需要用到臀肌的運動或訓練,幾乎同時也需要運用到大腿的肌群,但治療師教的
動作,主要以臀部的收縮為主,所以,我很清楚地感覺到,我的臀不受控制。常常理智上
知道要使用臀肌,但最後出力的是大腿,臀肌聞風不動,沒有收縮。所以,以前做其他
運動的時候,可能也是一樣的情況。不過訓練以後,我現在已經可以收縮自如了,哈哈 !
治療師還教了我另一個方法,就是走路的時候夾屁股,推薦給眾多女性版友,可以讓你臀
肌有力,而且夾屁股走路後,我的小腹也莫名的變得很平坦(不過也有可能是我健身有成
啦),但這樣走路的缺點是身上會有一股濃郁的裝模作樣欠扁味。
現在,做臀肌訓練+夾屁股走路以後,右臀已經不太會痛,剛剛去運動回來,右臀也沒有
明顯的不適,很ok ~
如果各位版友如果有運動完必定疼痛的部位,就算不嚴重,也還是去看復健科,有可能是
骨頭、關節的問題,也可能是肌群不平衡的問題,請他幫你診斷開復健,然後,好好跟治
療師討論你的症狀,看要做哪些改善跟調整。(不過治療師的的熱忱跟能力影響滿大的,
這部分可能就要碰碰運氣了)
最後,附上一些簡便的復健運動給大家,覺得有哪個部位比較不舒服,或是曾經受過傷
都可以參考一下上面的動作,保健保健。裡面有很多部位的動作,肩、臀、髖、手腕、
手肘、膝蓋、背、腰、腳踝.....
