夏天到了,趕快來去惡補運動一下
巴著平常有在運動的同事相約下班去健身房
每次只要重訓完,肌肉就特別緊繃
應該是我太久沒運動
隔天起床真的是煎熬的挑戰,全身痠痛到爆炸
平常快走痛,趕捷運跑也痛,坐下起來也痛
整個像殘廢一樣,還被同事笑弱雞QQ
明明是一起運動,他們根本就不痛不癢…
如果撇除乳酸堆積不談的話
運動完要紓緩緊繃的肌肉,直接坐按摩椅適合嗎?
因為前陣子母親節才送我媽一台OSIM四手天王
我是在想運動完回家,先泡完熱水紓緩一下肌肉
再去使用按摩椅把它推開
感覺自己也要使用到,才能安撫我消瘦的荷包哈哈…
不知道這對痠痛有沒有幫助到
有些健身房教練也是運動後幫學生按摩放鬆
版上有人也是用按摩來放鬆肌肉的嗎?
