運動時間很多還是瘦不了 - 健身

囧 我又回來問問題了 ~"~
這整星期我有照大家的建議,整個回到我去醫院檢查甚至是拿到鄭媽DVD前的運動時數
(Curves因為是繳錢的還是天天照去 → 來回走30min + 運動 伸展40min)
早上也沒有特地早起先跳鄭媽才去上班
上班也沒趁老闆不在的空檔 (很少) 偷跳鄭媽
晚上回家頂多再跳個鄭媽 or 比利大叔 1小時左右而已
吃的還是照中醫師的均衡飲食 (沒有偏食不吃澱粉!) 有吃到超過基代一些
晚上8點之後不進食喝東西 (除非我真的很渴才會喝幾口)
結果勒..... 體重跟體脂都增加了 ~"~
1星期體脂上升了2%,但是這2天又降了1%,可是體重卻持續上揚阿阿阿阿阿
我完全沒辦法說服自己這個體重是肌肉變成的 =.=
(因為量出來的肌肉量沒有增加)
看到這樣測試降低運動量的數值之後,我真的還是沒辦法不逼自己去"多"運動阿 >"<
我也知道天天運動6~7小時太超過了,身體的疲勞度我自己也感覺得出來
所以又回到我一開始考慮的,是不是要改成其他的運動方式
比如說去慢跑? 可是我又怕我膝蓋會受傷 ~"~
想說在家原地跑,可是爬文好像原地跑比出去外面跑更傷膝蓋哩 囧
最近一直下雨颳颱風的,也沒辦法出去跑 =0=
整個肚子跟身體腫得又讓自己渾身不舒服了
之前大量運動的那種緊實輕鬆感又都不見了
在還沒真的開刀 or 開完刀也不知道是不是真的能改善些什麼的情況下
我該怎樣調整我的運動方向比較好阿 Q_Q
