運動時間的問題 - 健身

有聽說運動要維持至少40分鐘以上,才會開始消耗脂肪,
那是否將運動強度比較大的放在後半段,脂肪消耗得比較多?
假設運動是上下坡慢跑,
1. 先上坡30分鐘,再下坡30分鐘回到起點
2. 先下坡30分鐘,再上坡30分鐘
是第2種的脂肪消耗量會比較大嗎? 還是其實都一樣沒差?
請各位幫忙解開疑惑,謝謝!!
