跳鄭多燕感想 - 健身

前幾天才加入跳鄭多燕的行列 (我都晚上九點多跳)
第一天跳第一片,居然沒辦法整個跳完...囧 (手腳整個抬不起來)
第二天一起床,我發現我的腰兩側好痛><,整個就是攤在床上起不來
但晚上我還是堅持要跳,畢竟一偷懶就會沒完沒了XD~ 我居然跳完了!!
第三天我也是順利跳完,並且盡量讓自己的動作確實 (蹲得跟鄭多燕一樣低)
第四天我跳完第一片後在加跳第二片,手握700g啞鈴只能跳15分鐘 >O<
脖子像泡在水裡一樣,腳上的汗都流到地板了 (啞鈴操太可怕了)
但我有疑問,第一片是訓練大腿肌,但我跳完隔天卻是兩側的腰在痛,大腿無感= =
(是因為之前我都有在慢跑,所以大腿肌已經習慣了嗎?)
以後每一天我都希望能跳完第一片和第二片,再慢慢增加到第三片
而且今天請人幫我拍了蝴蝶袖(超大隻XD) 希望幾個月後能上來跟大家分享瘦身成果喔^^
