晚上跑步或游泳 睡眠時間會變少??? - 健身

我大概六點下班 晚上八點到健身房運動到九點
或游泳到十點
有時候十點之後還會去快走
我發現 我大概兩三個禮拜前 開始出現睡眠時間變少的狀況
以前都是睡滿八小時 ...
但開始晚上大量且規律運動之後有時候睡滿六小時之後就睡不著了
雖然有定期運動之後 睡六小時還能撐...不至於會打瞌睡
但腦筋反應以及身體明顯比睡八小時的時候差....
就這樣持續了兩三個禮拜 都只能睡滿六小時就再也睡不著了
然後睡醒的當下覺得精神還可以 但到了中午過後就開始萎靡了
就只是覺得很明顯開始變累 但還是睡不著
後來去身心科 他開了一種輕微的'抗憂鬱藥' 我才漸漸調過來
不知道有沒有晚上運動的同好
也有出現這種 睡眠習慣改變的狀況???
真的有點困擾..... 因為睡不好 到了晚上就會很虛 就不太想去運動
然後精力沒發洩到 就又更睡不著....
