重量不減 腰圍減 - 健身

我好像遇到停滯期 目前身高體重 173 75KG 這體重快一個月都沒變化
頂多有1KG的起伏 不過腰圍有小下來 大約是少3CM 這樣代表我的方向對?
現在腰圍是89CM 這樣代表是 我方向正確嗎?
