三餐內容
早餐:鮮奶一杯700CC
午餐:自助餐4菜無主菜
晚餐:潛艇堡OR一般自助餐
其他:運動玩會喝豆漿500CC
日常作息時間:11點起床....1點睡覺
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:游泳(自由式)一小時 心跳大約100~120
我的問題:想請問如果就照這些菜單 有可能兩個禮拜體脂降2%嗎??
剛剛看到板友推薦的insanity健身影片 有想要也來練練看
如果要練 要在游泳前做還是游泳後做阿??
