太久沒運動、一動就鐵腿@@ - 健身

雖然是加州終身會員、但大概有五年沒去運動了
只有每年去繳一次88塊的年費(我好浪費)
原因也包括我腰椎滑脫
醫生交待我唯一能作的運動就是走路了
最近很認真的想運動!! 想穿回久違的bikini !!
所以昨天很熱血的去快走了六公里
走完覺得快往生了
最近很閒、本想每天都去走的
結果....今天就鐵腿了
小腿正面(沿著小腿骨一整條)好痛啊
連正常走路都不太舒服、更別說再去快走了!
太貪心的下場就是這樣!!
等一下去買一雙舒適好走的鞋、希望明天可以再去走!
我可以吃個消炎藥、讓他快一點好嗎?
也想問、腰椎有問題的話、可以練一些簡單的重訓嗎??
