請問推舉重量與伏地挺身對胸肌的效果 - 健身

我身高177體重73
目前推舉是舉40公斤8~10下3組
因為舉完隔天完全沒有痠痛感所以我都每天舉
想增加點重量但家裡沒有多餘的槓片可加了
我的目的是想要胸肌變壯線條明顯
請問是要繼續練40公斤的推舉還是做伏地挺身的效果會比較好?
