體脂肪爆升中.. - 健身

第一次在本版發文...新手專區掃過一遍,應該是跟我的問題有點區隔...
大學以前不知道什麼是維持體型,每天看到什麼吃什麼
加上運動習慣沒有好好養成,於是體重體脂不斷逃離標準值
最近有感於自己日益發福的身型,開始管制自己的生活習慣與飲食
目前才剛做到第二周,並每天量體重記錄
由於爬過版上發文,知道體重每天是起伏變化、體脂也會隨著身體缺水和電阻改變
所以並沒有很在意
但是我發現一個現象令人費解
我每天量體重的時間固定在重訓游泳,剛吃完早餐的時間
這三天的相關數據如下:
8/09 體脂23.2% 脂肪重20.7公斤 http://ppt.cc/k8uM
8/10 體脂24.3% 脂肪重21.6公斤 http://ppt.cc/tnGJ
8/11 體脂25.9% 脂肪重22.7公斤 http://ppt.cc/KNuJ
先說體脂率
我在下午剛睡醒量的體脂率是21%附近,當然剛運動完脫水測量會比較高
可是為什麼這數值一天比一天高?我重訓和游泳的量並沒有加重
再來,要吃多少東西才會一天加一公斤純脂肪= =?
我對體適能的了解還不夠,還請版上比較熟的朋友幫忙解惑,謝謝!
下面附上最近的運動飲食情況,飲料部份上面沒寫的就是只喝水

晚餐-咖哩洋芋燉飯
跑後飲品-低糖豆漿
