大家常常說體力體力的,運動後體力會變好之類的,
以前高三時老師要我們慢跑,說體力會變好,讀書就可以比較持久。
不過最近在想,到底體力是什麼呢?會產生這樣的疑問是因為...
我這一個月以來開始有每天游泳的習慣,一次固定會游三十分鐘,主要是蛙式,偶爾摻雜
不太會游的自由式,比例大概是五比一,心跳有達到120~130,雖然我游不快,但是到岸
之後幾乎不休息,可以繼續游下一趟。
游完三十分鐘後的感覺,主要是因為手和腳累了,划不動也踢不動水,至於呼吸還順暢。
這次父親節回家無法游泳,所以改跳韻律加跑操場,韻律大概45分鐘,跳到一半就覺得
累了,跳完韻律之後想說還有時間去跑個步吧!我原本以為自己可以游泳游三十分鐘的話,
跑步會變得比較持久,因為"體力"有變好,結果我跑大概三圈,約1KM就無力了...
我想問的問題是,所謂的體力是指什麼呢?
是指進行該運動的肌肉群變得比較發達,所以可以維持較久的運動,比方說跑步和游泳
主要用到的肌肉群可能就不一樣;還是指體內代謝較快,比如說脂肪轉換比提高之類的
概念呢?或是指身體中的器官使用效率比較高,例如心肺功能提升?
最後,還是因為我游泳的強度根本不夠呢?QQ...
