下班後先運動,晚上7、8點才吃晚餐ok嗎? - 減肥

下班時間比較不確定,但若中午吃的比較飽,就有餘力先去運動。
但我的疑惑是,如果運動完都已經7、8點了,還適合吃晚餐嗎?(我平均11點睡)
因為很多減肥達人都提倡晚上5點或是6點以後就不要再吃東西
但若先吃晚餐,變成要隔2個小時後才能再運動,可能去運動也8、9點了。
有時候會覺得胃裡面東西還沒消化完,感覺運動卡卡的。
想請問大家,就是如果時程調整為先運動再吃晚餐,但晚餐延到7、8點才吃這樣ok嗎?
還有如果運動完還是不餓,建議就不用吃晚餐了嗎? *__*
