我是女生 算是很瘦 有在練瑜珈(每次1hr)和慢跑(每次都30mins)
但是我基代量出來是1160左右
店員跟我說要多運動@@"
很好奇她是怎麼量出來的
我目前不打算加運動量 想弄清楚哪裡有問題再決定如何改善基代@@"

因為我懷疑他是用公式算 好奇那種機器怎麼算基代的

因為有上有下 我取穩定的數值
