各位大大好~我是平常坐辦公室的小資女
因為長時間坐著又沒運動
所以希望可以藉由家裡的跑步機運動一下
因為肚子和臀部有越來越大的趨勢...
但我發現用跑步機運動的30分鐘挺無聊的@@
各位都如何讓那30分鐘不會那麼無聊呢?
我有試著用看電視來轉移自己
但我發現我這樣不太專心..
想聽聽各位的想法或是..大家有個好的建議嗎?
