小弟自從大學修完體育課的學分就幾乎沒有在動了
體重開始難以控制的直線上升 從65->77
而且我又特別愛喝奶茶、還要加波霸、珍珠才過癮
熱量攝取不斷的累積
可能是因為我胖的很明顯 班上的同學也會開始說我胖
我看到電視廣告的船X低周波就買來用用看 結果無效而且又很痛
甚麼瘦身霜、減肥茶都用過 減肥茶還有點用至少可以排除宿便
前兩樣的錢感覺都是白花了而且又貴鬆鬆...
後來我在貴版看到一篇文章 有一位版友說她每天快走30分鐘
有達到瘦身的效果 我決定試一試
從大概五月底開始每天都去快走半小時
約兩個禮拜後改成在操場慢跑10圈
每天都去跑 除了下雨天
到現在為止 大概瘦了5.5公斤左右 腰圍和臀圍大概瘦了7公分
而減肥茶變成我的輔助品,偶而還是會去買來喝,
除此之外真的是對甜食戒慎恐懼,我可能要等到瘦到65公斤我才敢再吃吧~
