初次在這個版發文 請多指教^^
話說因為最近身體小問題多多 讓我覺得不運動不行
(高中以後幾乎不太動)
我的膝蓋 臏骨退化
原本想說戴髕骨護膝 揮舞蝴蝶袖 快走不會造成膝蓋負擔
而且速度也沒很快
但是每次健走完隔天 膝蓋好像快垮
有想過要游泳 可是最近鼻竇炎沒好
不敢輕舉妄動
現在很想做有氧運動 鍛鍊身體
不知道還有沒有可以做的運動?
麻煩版友們告知好點子
