運動習慣後變的怕冷? - 健身

從去年五月開始每天跑3000然後今年過年開始加上五分鐘健腹器。體態是有改變,但奇怪的是以前冬天不管再冷都可以穿短袖到處跑,現在連吹個電風都覺得有點冷,我可以把它想成是因為脂肪減少了嗎?(我三餐都正常沒特別少吃或節食)請各位幫我解惑
