想問問板上有在"定期"運動的女生~~
最近這三四個月都有再持續慢跑
體態真的變超好!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
雖然體重沒甚麼變化
不過很明顯小了一個size的感覺 尤其褲子!!!
重點來了~~~
我一向都是生理期頗準時的人
誤差也在正負一天之內
週期大概是30天
但自從開始運動之後 週期就大大縮短
每次都覺得不是前幾天才結束怎麼今天又看到你了!!!!!
想問運動是否真的有影響?
我飲食沒有甚麼變化 都吃滿多的XDD
真的很討厭生理期的感覺
但又喜歡運動的暢快~~
好煩惱阿..........
