運動造成肌肉痠痛,會導致拉肚子嗎? - 健身

我這幾天做復健運動
肌肉的部分非常有感
但也出現一定程度的痠痛
我發現 好像每次這種激烈運動完
我就會拉肚子 (印象中並沒有吃甚麼特別的東西)
於是我在推測
像我們如果是肚子先痛的話
通常會由內而外導致肌肉也會痠痛
反過來
如果是肌肉痠痛的話
也會由外而內造成拉肚子
似乎有一種內外連動影響的關係
當然這是我個人經驗的歸納
不曉得有沒有科學上的原理能夠解釋
大家知道嗎?
