開始上班後體重在半年內急速飆高,測量inbody發現體脂接近26,發現不做點什麼真的不
行~
爬文之後發現168應該是淺顯易懂又能降低脂肪的方式,我目前是設定早上十點到晚上六
點進食,但發現常常吃不到基礎代謝...
吃菜肉蛋一下就飽了,我的基礎代謝是1250卡,目前實施了一週幾乎每天都只吃到800卡
左右。
想參考一下前輩們如果在上班是如何備餐讓自己吃到基礎代謝的~
