綠拿鐵爆紅一陣子了
看到身邊有朋友持之以恆的喝真的10天瘦了3公斤
讓我決定也來嘗試看看
上網查了一下大家的食譜都不太一樣
有建議一開始可以用4:6(蔬菜:水果)加水去喝
但好怕沒時間製作
好奇有打綠拿鐵的大家
真的每天都會準備那麼多蔬果嗎?
不知道有沒有簡易的食譜可以分享一下
