減脂但感覺蛋白質攝取不太夠 - 健身

大概從 4/20 開始認真想瘦下來
最近順便想試試看搭配 16/8(中午 12 ~ 晚上 8 點)斷食,每天的飲食固定是
早餐:美式咖啡不加糖奶
中餐:鮪魚蛋吐司(全麥吐司、不抹美乃滋、夾生菜) + 水煮蛋
下午餐:同中餐
上面進食的這兩餐會大概配著吃 5-10 顆堅果
晚餐:自助餐,通常都是便當夾滿 菜 2/4 ~ 2/4 肉 1/4 白飯半碗
水每天 3000 ~ 4000 毫升
現在有個問題是,我覺得我的飲食看起來蛋白質攝取不太夠
如果減脂的話,我是否應該要再多攝取一點蛋白質?
