各位好
小弟我努力健身減肥以來約一個月
發現每天都去運動 或者一周去運動六次
對我來說真的頗難
重訓還好 對練肌肉比較有熱誠
看到自己能負荷的重量越來越大也很有成就感
但目前還是只能維持約
一天重訓 一天有氧 一天休息 三天一循環的頻率
之後開始練小肌群 可能可以變成
四~六天重訓 其中兩天有氧 或者乾脆想有氧再有氧
有氧真的無聊很多
我也不想強迫自己遵守運動的行程 而是看我身體想不想運動
如果哪時很想每天去就每天去
不然一周就去三天也OK(一個月來最少一周三天)
怕的是強迫自己後 會失去了運動的樂趣
然後更不想去...
但靠健身減脂真的很慢 願意的人可以去看我之前文章
三周以來 肌肉變多1.1KG 體脂肪少0.4KG
基礎代謝率 1978 -> 2005
吃的就有時候會少吃飯或不吃飯而已
為了長肌肉 有多吃些肉 牛排 魚肉 雞肉
肉吃多 當然飯就跟著減少
但是因為之前飲食習慣的關係
很容易會想吃消夜(油的炸的) 其次想吃下午茶(水果)
重點是我平常正餐根本沒少吃
這樣熱量一定遠超過基代
但減少體脂肪勢必要改變飲食習慣
所以必須要從這方面著手
甚麼一天少量多餐的方法 不太適合我 因為我一吃就會吃多
變成多量多餐
餓了可以忍耐 但是忍久了會忍不住 (忍得住我也不會這麼胖了)
所以我想要尋找一些可以暫時解決飢餓感的食物
重點是總熱量也不高 吃了又不會一直想吃別的食物
網路上有查詢到堅果類的食物 低鹽堅果 哪裡買的到???
或者有其他推薦的? 謝謝!!!
