還有辦法再瘦下去嗎 - 健身

最近為了瘦下來拼替代役 進行了為期一個月的有氧運動以及飲食控制
體重從57到現在為52.5 距離替代役體重51.6還差0.9公斤
但是感覺最近運動體重似乎掉不太下來 體脂肪目前為9%
想請問這樣還有辦法再瘦下去嗎 謝謝各位
