體重記錄,連續七個月沒運動以後的情況 - 健身

小弟很久沒運動了,
剛剛用了同事的體脂計一量,
心頭一驚,
也跟大家分享一下,不運動的後果是怎樣的。
這邊是我去年有運動時候的數據:
2010 7/30 8/31
體重 67.6 65.0
代謝 1532 1515
體脂 21.1% 18.2%
脂肪重 14.26kg 11.83kg
這邊是今年的:
2011 3/29
體重 65.3
代謝 1524
體脂 23.8%
脂肪重 15.54kg
我知道每次量體脂率都會有點不同,
但連續七個月沒運動,
身材明顯走樣,
雖然體重沒變,
但是肚子就是變大了,
不運動維持體重?
這就是結果啊~
