大家好
因為我很久之前膝蓋曾受傷過
每次跑步或跳玩鄭多燕的瘦身DVD後
膝蓋都會酸到半夜醒來
最近真的完全崩壞了
大概要做一天休個四天以上的程度
醫生建議我去游泳 不過我有梅尼爾氏症
不大敢去游泳
很久前學過瑜伽
所以想 嗯~~還是先鍊一下瑜伽別跳鄭多燕好了(嘆..
搜尋瑜伽用書時也看到鄭阿姨有出伸展操的書

感覺上好像是練瑜伽的書??
我想請問這本書跟瑜伽的書是相同的嗎
這本書在書局都是封起來的
好多瑜伽的書也是 >"<
所以根本無從比較起
請大家推薦我 要買哪本書較好
本來是要買瑜伽的書啦
看到鄭阿姨的書又很心動
(堂X的瑜伽書就..別推薦了...圖書館借過,比較適合柔軟度很優的人)
好想學倒立啊!!可我都學不來...(題外話)
